the location was very convenient, close to many attractions. the staff was very helpful, especially with directions and recommendations. i was surprised with a plate of fruit and a mini bottle of champagne in my room (it was so thoughtful).

the central heating was too hot, i tried to adjust it without success. reception could have been more helpful with this issue. it made the room uncomfortable at times.

the room included a king-sized bed with comfortable pillows. it had a separate seating area with a sofa and coffee table. the bathroom featured a walk-in shower with good water pressure.

The breakfast had a large selection of everything. I found it satisfactory. the rooms were clean and spacious. the hotel is close to the centre.

It takes forever. the central heating was too hot. reception staff seemed judgmental towards our requests and very blunt in the way they speak.
